Martin’s career has been involved primarily in: the “turnaround” of problem business units, projects and customers; transformation and the building of new enterprises; M&A and integration activities. At the core of these activities has been: strategic insight, leadership, diagnosis, formulation of change programmes; and execution.
As non-exec board member of sales-i Martin works closely with the founding partners, Paul and Kevin, using his varied industry experience to advise, overlook and assist in the implementation of the company’s worldwide sales and marketing expansion endeavors.
