Beavertown Brewery was founded in 2011 by Logan Plant and blossomed from a love of all things beer. The North London brewery started its life as an in-house restaurant brewery in De Beauvoir Town.
Crafted to complement delicious pork ribs and smoky BBQ beef, the Beavertown brewery swiftly outgrew its humble beginnings in a restaurant basement and as word spread about the quality craft beers they were brewing, Beavertown had to relocate twice to finally settle in Tottenham Hale with its prime transport links in and out of the City.
Today Team Beaver is over 60-strong with 6 core beers. The incredible artistry that graces their cans is impossible to pass by and their top-quality brews speak for themselves.
“We’ve been able to forecast our production schedule based on the accurate, easy to extract numbers available in sales-i.”
Despite being one of the flagship London breweries, Beavertown was hitting a wall when it came to managing the information their growing empire was creating.
Lauren Lister is Head of Sales & Marketing for the brewery and found collating sales information into something coherent was a daily struggle: “We used an old ordering and stock management system that made it almost impossible to pull any sales reports or access any sales information. We were flying blind.”
We are a much more efficient and effective team because we are using sales-i.”
The team at Beavertown began their quest to find a solution that would work alongside their existing Brewman business management software and soon discovered sales-i.
“sales-i allows us to pull all the numbers we need, we can manipulate data and identify sales trends at the click of a button,” Lauren adds.
While they have only been using sales-i for little over a year, the change at Beavertown since introducing the software has been remarkable. “sales-i has been a game changer for us. We are now able to take a deep dive into our business, take steps to negate any potential problems before they even arise and focus on the areas of the business that require our attention.”
With access to their sales data and trends at their fingertips, the team at Beavertown are using the information in sales-i to inform their brewing schedule based on historic sales activity. “We’ve been able to forecast our production schedule based on the accurate, easy to extract numbers available in sales-i.”
The team at Beavertown is now armed with everything they need to ensure the smooth running of their growing brewery without worrying about creating sales reports or analyzing sales trends manually. They can concentrate on creating the quality products that this independent craft brewery has become known for.
The future is certainly looking bright for Team Beaver as they look to start using the integrated CRM in sales-i to maximize their use of the system.
“We are a much more efficient and effective team because we are using sales-i,” Lauren concludes.
