Established back in 1923, the Bosal Group is headquartered West of Brussels in the town of Lummen, Belgium. The leading manufacturers of automotive and industrial components across the world, Bosal employs close to 5,000 people across 34 plants and 18 distribution centres internationally.
Having set up their UK branch in the late 1970s, Bosal UK supplies fully approved exhaust systems to the automotive sector. Based in the North East, the company manufactures and delivers a comprehensive range of products to a vast network of motor factors across the UK and Ireland.

As the UK arm of the company continued to grow at an incredible rate, Sales Director Karl Ridings was faced with an incumbent system that simply wasn’t working for their business.
