WE NEED YOU

Our Account Executives, or AEs as we call them, are the ones that shout our name from the rooftops. We’re looking for a high-energy, hungry individual that can develop and close opportunities. You’ll take ownership of revenue generation, developing new opportunities, crafting sales strategies, managing pipeline and ultimately, closing deals for our award-winning software.

You must be experienced and comfortable with a corporate sales model that is primarily phone and internet-based. You will be generating interest, qualifying prospects and articulating our solution. You must have the smarts and ability to discuss  the benefits of sales performance software at length.  Sound like a piece of cake? We’ll wait for your application.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES DEVELOPMENT

You’ll need to present sales-i in the very best light to a qualified network of prospects and customers. Go on, show off our best side.

  • Inbound lead follow up and lead development
  • Build client rapport and instill confidence in our technology
  • Qualify in and outbound leads
  • Identify new business and revenue opportunities

PRODUCT DEMONSTRATIONS

As an Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of sharing our sales performance software with the world. Whether that is online or face to face, it’s your job to showcase the very best in sales software.

  • Become an expert on our product, our competitors and key markets
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations for qualified prospects
  • Some traveling is likely

PLANNING AHEAD

Fancy yourself as a fortune teller? We won’t give you a crystal ball on day one, but you’ll need to know exactly where your next sale is and what you need to do to close it.

  • Forecast opportunities based upon realistic assessments
  • Meet and exceed assigned goals
  • Forecast pipeline and revenue from partners

OUR REQUIREMENTS

OVERACHIEVER

You should have a proven track record of consistently selling over target and excelling in sales environments.

SUPERSTAR

You're able to successfully develop new business, manage sales cycles from lead to close and oversee existing accounts.

KNOW-IT-ALL

You've been educated to at least Bachelor's degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant field of study.

SOFTWARE PRO

You know what it takes to work successfully in a challenging software sales or open source sales environment.

CHATTERBOX

You have excellent communication skills, are highly motivated, can work in a team and maintain professionalism at all times.

INDUSTRY GURU

Experience working with distribution businesses in automotive, building products or food industries is a plus.
