As a company, we’re growing. And fast. We’re looking for a new Inside Sales Rep that can engage, excite and elate our prospects with what our sales performance software can do for them. If you’ve got what it takes to engage prospects from initial sales conversations through to closing a deal, then this is the position for you.

You must have some inside sales experience, ideally within a software environment and you should be comfortable with a sales approach that is mainly phone and internet-based. This position would be a great step for anyone seeking to eventually become an Account Executive or Sales Leader in a software sales environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

This is your chance to put your own spin on selling sales-i to our prospects. Our inside sales team mean business when it comes to drumming up interest in our software.

  • Generate interest in sales-i through outbound prospecting activities
  • Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with prospects
  • Develop and sustain knowledge of sales-i’s offering and associated technology
  • Prospecting into both cold accounts as well as seeking buying group and partnership opportunities

CHALLENGING ENVIRONMENT

Our inside sales team are relentless hunters and consistently winning new business is their primary objective. They work hard and play to win.

  • Meet challenging but achievable targets and take full advantage of our rewarding commission structure
  • Plenty of opportunity to progress to a more senior position based on your performance
  • Provide constructive feedback to refine sales and marketing efforts

OUR REQUIREMENTS

SWEET-TALKER

You are a quick learner and have the ability to articulate new information that excites our prospects and gets them going.

UP AND COMER

You've got experience working in software/SaaS sales and can handle lead gen, cold calling and negotiations.

KNOW-IT-ALL

If you have a Bachelor's degree, that's great, but it's not 100% necessary to apply for this position within our sales team.

STAR SELLER

You're comfortable when it comes to converting interest into qualified sales leads and overcoming objections.

NITPICKER

You have sharp attention to detail when working with internal systems including CRM, SFA etc.

TEAMWORKER

You're confident, self-motivated and success driven. You're not afraid to work alone yet team success is paramount.
