A former hostage negotiator at Scotland Yard, Richard Mullender has become one of the UK’s top speakers on negotiation and listening skills. After a lengthy stint at the National Hostage and Crisis Negotiation Unit, Mullender turned his hand to training. In a 60 minute session exclusively for sales-i users, Richard will show you how to listen, really listen to your what your customers are saying. Your sales conversations will never be the same again
