As we’re nearing the end of 2013, now is a good time to talk about the year our development team has had and where they are headed in 2014.
2013 has been an incredible year for us here at sales-i as a whole. With a growing customer base, a team that only continues to get bigger and a whole host of new releases, updates and features, sales-i is heading into 2014 looking better than ever.
We kicked off the year with the launch of Campaign Manager. Replacing the existing Alerts feature, Campaign Manager provides users with the ability to build specific sales and marketing campaigns to ensure that they are maximizing every additional selling opportunity. December also saw the release of two brand new Campaign filters: Not Hitting Target and Spend Mix.
The summer arrived with a bang and the addition of sales-i on Android. Joining our iOS application, our Android app incorporates the key functionality of sales-i, including the Enquiries, MyCalls and Campaigns.
September saw the addition of a new module: Command Post. Providing a holistic view of company performance in relation to opportunity pipeline, sales vs targets and active users, Command Post is available exclusively for management to keep track of their business and sales team performance.
With a number of new feature releases planned for the next year, 2014 is going to be a great year for us and our users.
