sales-i: a refresher
We'll kick off the day with a quick refresher on sales-i and how you can use key areas of the system in your day to day role as a marketer.
11:40am - 1:00pm
Customer analysis in detail
We'll show you how to use the Enquiries to research and analyse your customers in detail. We'll also look at how to save your favourite Enquiries to use in Campaigns.
12:30pm - 1:00pm: Food, glorious food!
Take a break for some delish lunch and chat with your fellow sales-i users.
1:00pm - 2:40pm
Managing customer records
After some of the best sarnies around, we'll continue with a look at how to manage customer accounts and how to segment and search for specific customer profiles. Followed by a brief comfort break before pressing on with our last topic - Campaigns.
2:40pm - 3:30pm
Creating marketing Campaigns
Up next, we'll take a look at how to create Campaigns in sales-i, analyse the results and export the results for your next marketing campaign.
3:30pm - 4:00pm
Session in review
We'll revisit some of the key takeaways from our session and how you can put them into practice.
