It’s always great to learn how sales-i is helping our customers. Paul Johnson is Regional Sales Manager for the UK’s largest distributor of surfacing materials, International Decorative Surfaces and has been using sales-i for over 6 years.

At the annual International Decorative Surfaces company awards recently, Paul was recognised for his contribution to innovation and improvement and to acknowledge the role that sales-i has played in this.

“sales-i was recognised at our annual company awards for the development and innovation that it has brought to IDS in the last year. It has made a massive change to the company in 2016 and more and more of the sales staff will be using the system in 2017, reaping the benefits it brings.,” Paul says.

He is already looking towards the year ahead and planning to keep sales-i at the forefront of his sales team: “2017 will see an increase in personnel charged with using this imperative sales tool to continue the overall sales and success of the business.

“We’re looking forward to another year of new and exciting features from sales-i and will continue to encourage our growing sales team to use the system every day.”
