You will discover how to use sales-i to reach your sales target, save time and sell more effectively.
This session will be taking place between 10am and 4pm on the 9th November at sales-i HQ here in Solihull.
A 20% discount is available if anyone in your company has attended our open house training days before, (excluding new customer training days).
9:45am - 10:00am
Arrival and welcome
Get geared up for the day ahead with a brew and some tasty snacks. Meet some of your neighbours for the day before we get started.
10:00am - 12:30pm
We'll show you how to use the Enquiries to research and analyse your customers in detail. We'll also look at how to save your favourite Enquiries for future use.
12:30pm - 1:00pm
Food, glorious food!
Take a break for some delish lunch and chat with your fellow sales-i users.
1:00pm - 2:00pm
Up next, we'll take a look at sales-i CRM in detail. We'll show you how to update the customised Record Card information for your customers and how to use this data to get the most out of the system.
2:00pm - 3:30pm
MyCalls is a diary planning aspect of sales-i. We'll cover how to get the best information from the system prior to calling and how to quickly and simply add meeting notes before moving on.
3:30pm - 4:00pm
Session in review
We'll revisit some of the key takeaways from our session and how you can put them into practice.
