A business entrepreneur and highly experienced software delivery professional, Paul identified the market potential and service delivery proposition for sales-i early in 2006 and spearheaded the product roadmap and deployment strategy. Paul was an early adopter of the SaaS model and during his 15 year career to date he has helped a number of businesses adopt and successfully deploy this software sales model.
Prior to sales-i Paul established and ran yourhci, a UK based home computing initiative company which he personally managed and rapidly grew to a multi-million pound company in less than 18 months. Paul steered the financial, sales & marketing, operational and partnership development strategies for this immensely successful business which at its peak was supplying and supporting thousands of users. His efforts were rewarded with household named clients including Lotus Cars, Office Depot, MTV, Deutsche Bank, Haymarket Publishing, Thyssen and Britannic. Paul formerly worked with Hewlett Packard where he was instrumental in setting the sales strategy and processes for its newly formed Direct division and achieved many of the companies largest direct sales contracts including the single largest sale by any PC manufacturer in 2005. Paul also held senior business roles at Barclays B2B, Vecta and Cap Gemini.
Paul was awarded his honours degree in International Marketing from Leicester University.
