Series Overview:
Understanding how we can fully utilize Enquiries and Customer Dashboards within sales-i Desktop.
Do you have questions about your customers' spending habits? Or what are your Top Selling products? Or do you want to be able to quickly access your customers' data to identify opportunities?
During this series, we will be focusing on utilizing the Desktop Enquiries and Customer Dashboards. Looking at all the different types of enquiries within the system. From your Top Spending, Top Falling, Sales vs Gaps, and Trends. The month of September will be dedicated to running you through different Desktop Enquiries so you can get the most out of the data provided for your customers to help identify opportunities, trends and insights. We will also be taking a deep dive into your customer dashboards, allowing you to efficiently prepare for customer meetings.

● Understanding the Home Screen and Customer Dashboards.● Utilizing Enquiries to establish your top-spending customers- Full Picture.
● Utilizing Enquiries to establish your top falling customers and identify opportunities- Variance/Variance+.
● Utilizing Enquiries to establish sales gaps within your customers' spending - Sales vs Gaps.
Session Overview
In this second session of the series, we will examine your Top-Value Spending Customers and your Year-over-Year Trends from the Current Year to the Previous Year and how you can find opportunities for your customers. During this session, we will cover:
● How to build a sales report, and the advantages to it.
● How we can find opportunities using Full Picture Enquiries.
● Learning how to save and export our Sales Reports effectively.
