Do you know how to get the most out of sales i, as a Power User? If you want to learn more, follow us for our series, where Power Users will be able to learn how to take control of the system on a Desktop in a way that helps them run sales-i more efficiently!

In this series of 4, 30-minute training sessions, we’ll be giving you all the hints and tips that you need to get up and running with working on the road!

•    Creating Campaigns for Sales users to Utilise (Power Users, Marketing Users and Team Leaders Only).
•    Harvesting Results from Campaigns, Using My Calls, Google Maps and Enquiries. 
•    Understanding how to create simple sales reports using Enquiries.
•    Looking at Advanced Features in Enquiries and applying them to our Job Role.
•    Establishing how to use the Control Panel to set up restrictions (Power Users Only)

In the fifth and final session of the series, we’ll be focusing on establishing how to use the Control Panel to set up restrictions. This session is for Power Users only, and will be an advanced session that requires an understanding of sales-i. We will cover. 

•    Running through the different set-up options within the Control Panel.
•    Establishing how to add and remove users from sales-i. 
•    Establishing how we can add functions and restrictions to users.
•    Understanding the Effect these functions and restrictions will have on your users.
