Live learning session overview: 

In the third session of the series, we’ll be focusing on the Enquiries, the reporting section of sales-i. Aimed at beginners, and in just 30 minutes, we’ll show you how to:

  • Understanding how sales-i pulls data from your back-office systems. 
  • Easily break down your sales data to uncover missed sales opportunities.
  • Understanding the different Enquiry types, you can run. 

By the end of this session, you’ll be able to identify spending trends, which customers have reduced or stopped spending with you and even which products are performing better than others.
