In the first session of the series, we’ll be focusing on the My Calls, the calendar section of sales-i. Aimed at beginners, and in just 30 minutes, we’ll show you how to:
- Easily record all emails, calls and meetings
- Schedule follow-up actions and diarize the next interaction
- Easily add notes to emails, calls and appointments
- Generate calendar events based on historical interactions
