Live learning session overview: 

In the third session of the series, we’ll be focusing on the My Calls, the calendar section of sales-i. During this session, you'll learn how you can manage your time, view your diary, plan your next calls, and update valuable customer notes with this diary management solution. To be more efficient as a salesperson, you need a feature like MyCalls to build productive customer relationships. 

Aimed at beginners, and in just 30 minutes, we’ll show you how to:

  • Easily record all emails, calls, and meetings.
  • Schedule follow-up actions and diarize the next interaction.
  • Effectively manage your schedule while working externally.
  • Use sales-i to navigate you to each of your appointments.
