In this series of 4, 30-minute training sessions, we’ll give you all the hints and tips you need to get up and running while working on the road!

Live learning session overview: 

In the first session of the series, we’ll focus on Enquiries, the reporting section of sales-i, that allows you to dig deep into your sales data to uncover new opportunities.

Enquiries gives you all the answers to your sales data queries, allowing you to better understand your customer spending and which products your top customers have purchased. This session is for you if you've struggled to make sense of your sales data and need help remembering how to set up an enquiry.

Aimed at beginners, and in just 30 minutes, we’ll show you how to:

  • Set up an Enquiry, so it is pulling the information you’d like to see.
  • Establish how to identify where different data is located.
  • Decipher when and how data has been pulled over from your ERP.
  • Create a simple report using the data from your ERP.
