Club winners will be decided and agreed week commencing 6th January 2020.
Announcement of Winners
Club winners will be announced in January 2020. Winning employees are required to commit to their attendance within two weeks of the decision.

1st – 30th April 2020
Six days (inclusive of one day travel either side)
Eligible Employees and Exclusion Guidelines
All employee status individuals who have successfully passed their probationary/introductory period evaluations will be eligible. Exclusions will apply to temporary or interim workers.
Employees must be in good standing and not on disciplinary action as of the date of the 2020 President’s Club Trip. Employees that are on final written disciplinary notice (within six months of the announcement of winners) will be disqualified. Employees who are under formal performance management or serving notice will be disqualified. The Company reserves the right to disqualify employees for policy and performance reasons.
We appreciate that some employees may wish to take advantage of extending this break by inviting partners (and/or family) to join them. We ask that no partners/family join until the conclusion of the President’s Club week. Any additional costs relating to partners/family arriving after the Presidents Club week are payable by the employee. In these circumstances, the Company will continue to pay the return flight cost equivalent for the winner.
The trip will be awarded as announced. No alternate award or credit will be given for anyone wishing to opt-out and qualified winners cannot “gift” their trip to another employee.
Changes or Termination of Contest
Prize allocation will be reassessed due to Company growth and performance as needed.
The Company reserves the right to change guidelines, or terminate this contest and prize at any time, with or without notice.
All hosts and winners who attend the trip will not be subject to taxes based.
on the value of the trip or prizes. The Company will ensure taxes are paid on behalf of the employee.
