SESSION INFO

This session will be taking place between 10am and 4pm on Thursday 4th October at our sales-i HQ here in Solihull. We’ll be covering our mobile app on your Android device and taking you through everything you need to know to use sales-i on the move, with a special focus on diary management, CRM, understanding customers’ buying behaviour and how to spot sales opportunities.

Please bring your mobile devices along with you on the day.

Each full day session is £150 per delegateA 20% discount is available if anyone in your company has previously attended one of our our open house training days, (excluding new customer training days).

There are no car parking facilities on site but we’ve got brilliant transport links and plenty of car parks close by. We’re just a stone’s throw from J5 of the M42 and Solihull train station is just a 6 minute walk away.

Starting with an introduction to how you can effectively prepare for each call or meeting, we'll then show you how to wrap up your calls, all from your mobile device.

CUSTOMER ANALYSIS

We'll show you how to use Enquiries on your mobile device to research and analyse your customers. We'll also look at how to add filters to refine your Enquiries further.

DIARY PLANNING

Finally, we'll finish up by showing you how to manage your diary in sales-i and plan for your upcoming calls when you're out and about.
