The leading provider of sales intelligence and analytics software, sales-i, has this week been recognized as a winner in the 2019 American Business Awards.
With 2019’s American Business Awards receiving nearly 4,000 entries, sales-i was crowned victorious in the Customer Service Team of the Year category that recognizes the very best accomplishments in customer service across the United States.
The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.
Entering the awards was an opportunity for sales-i’s customer service team to acknowledge and reflect on one of the most successful years in the its history. Having grown its user base by almost 20% in 2018, sales-i’s customer service team never faltered and email support tickets were answered and resolved within an average of 67 minutes hitting 98% first response SLAs.
Over 200 professionals judged the entries and were impressed with sales-i’s dedication to personal customer service and accomplishments during the last 12 months. sales-i was awarded a Bronze Stevie in the Customer Service Team of the Year category.
