Who is the training for:

- Sales reps

- Sales leaders

- Anyone responsible for using sales-i day-to-day to analyze and report on sales data, or track customer relationship activities.

- Whether you are a new user or want to freshen up your skills, you will learn how to get the most benefit out of sales-i.

What to expect:

On the day, you will be greeted and guided to our fully equipped and spacious training room with our expert trainers. We'll also be supplying Breakfast and Lunch for all attendees.

The outcome of the day will be helping you get the very most out of sales-i to give you the edge over anyone unlucky enough not to have the software in their organization.

This day won’t be about walking through the software in a boring manner. It will be created around real-life scenarios based on users’ specific needs, so you can hit the road (or desk) with everything you need to get the most out of your daily sales-i usage.

Bonus: Everyone completing the training will be awarded a certificate to recognize sales-i Business Intelligence training.


Our morning will consist of a full, high-level run through of the sales-i platform, on both desktop and mobile devices. After lunch, we'll have breakout rooms available, as well as designated blocks of time for one-on-one training, specific questions you may have, and time to tackle issues you might be facing on the platform.

CRM: Learn best practices for using the sales-i CRM features to easily and clearly log the details of each customer interaction and monitor activity.

Enquiries: Familiarize yourself with the various actions you can take to dig into your sales data and identify sales opportunities and trends.

Campaigns: Understand how to use sales-i to uncover actionable insights into up-sell or cross-sell opportunities, or be alerted to drifting and 'at risk' accounts that require attention.

Mobile: Understand how to use sales-i on your mobile device. Take a look at how an outside rep on the road can access the same sales intelligence data available on the desktop application.
