Up next, we'll take a look at sales-i CRM in detail. We'll show you how to update the Record Card information for your customers and how to use this data to get the most out of the system.

We'll show you how to use Enquiries to research and analyse your customers in detail. We'll also look at how to save your favourite Enquiries for future use.
