Formed in 1974, the association supports a wide range of businesses across Europe, from large, privately owned corporations to smaller, independent traders, with services including legal and financial advice, lobbying, and training.
Paul Black, CEO of sales-i, comments: “To be a major player in the competitive plant and tool hire sector, you need two things: a thorough understanding of how the sector operates, and the ability to sell intelligently to both new and existing customers. HAE is doing a fantastic job helping hire businesses to achieve the former – now we want to help them achieve the latter.”
HAE also co-hosts the annual Hire Convention conference and trade show with its partner association, Event Hire Association (EHA). The event will be taking place this year in Loughborough from 21-22 September, to help businesses in the hire industry network, as well as learn more about important trends and developments.
Black adds: “We’re really excited to be exhibiting at this year’s Hire Convention. Not only will it be a fantastic chance for us to learn more about what makes the plant tool and hire sector tick, but also to show fellow HAE members exactly what sales-i can do for their sales performance.
