The new release is written in Adobe Flex™ and uses Rich Internet Application (RIA) technology.RIA’s are Web applications that have many of the characteristics of desktop applications. The sales-i Enquiries and Dashboards are now Flex-based and use full Rich Internet Application controls meaning customers get an enriched and more flexible tool to manage their sales and marketing intelligence.
