Employees of the Month - April 2018
Here at sales-i, we work hard every day to serve our customers, develop an industry-leading product and have a little fun while we’re at it.
In addition to the breathtaking new office in central Solihull, the big-wigs decided it was time to thank outstanding efforts from the sales-i family. And so, a cheekily retro ‘UK Employee of the Month Award has been introduced.
The chosen one will reap the glory of the esteemed title for a month. Plus, they get to park in the CEO’s parking spot and have a fancy dinner out at the company.

In a team as dedicated as sales-i picking a winner isn’t easy. So, when the competition is particularly fierce Paul decided it would be fair to create a Runner-Up Award for a slightly less fancy meal out on him.

So the UK Employee of the Month for April 2018 is….. *drum roll please* April Brunt, Marketing Executive. Hey – that’s me! Yes, I am pleased and shocked to say I actually won.
A note from the official selection board: April joined the sales-i family 8 months ago and has hit the ground running. Her contribution to the marketing team and her help during the company relocation were deemed worthy of this month’s award.
On the award being announced April said “Wow. It’s great to get positive feedback and know that the work I am doing every day is being appreciated. But I need to get my car cleaned before I can park in Paul’s spot!”
And the well-deserving Runner Up is Ryan Cole, Business Development Manager. Ryan has worked his socks off this month generating new business opportunities for the Sales Team.
