Open House Expert Training: sales-i Fundamentals

Format: Small group with other sales-i users, max 15

Price: £150 per person for a whole day's worth of training

Who is the training for:

- Sales reps

- Sales leaders

- Anyone responsible for using sales-i day-to-day to analyse and report on sales data, or track customer relationship activities.

- Whether you are a new user or want to freshen up your skills, you will learn how to get the most benefit out of sales-i.

What to expect:

On the day, you will be greeted and guided to our fully equipped and spacious training room with our expert trainer. But not before being shown our common areas equipped with a coffee machine, pool table, table tennis and, if it is for you, a games console. All of which can be used in the one-hour lunch break where we will also provide the food. And we’re not just talking about cold sausage rolls and scotch eggs.

The outcome of the day will be helping you get the very most out of sales-i to give you the edge over anyone unlucky enough not to have the software in their organisation.

This day won’t be about walking through the software in a boring manner. It will be created around real-life scenarios based on users’ specific needs, so you can hit the road (or desk) with everything you need to get the most out of your daily sales-i usage.

Bonus: Everyone completing the training will be awarded a certificate to recognise sales-i Business Intelligence training.

Agenda:

CRM: Learn best practices for using the sales-i CRM features to easily and clearly log the details of each customer interaction and monitor activity.

Enquiries: Familiarise yourself with the various actions you can take to dig into your sales data and identify sales opportunities and trends.

Campaigns: Understand how to use sales-i to uncover actionable insights into up-sell or cross-sell opportunities, or be alerted to drifting and 'at risk' accounts that require attention.
