Understanding how to build and monitor prospects and opportunities within sales-i Desktop.

During this series, we will focus on utilizing the Prospects and Opportunities in the pipeline. In this second session of the series, we will look at adding and tracking opportunities in the pipeline. Then, you will learn how to utilize this tool in your day-to-day functions to help you better understand your customers' needs, wants, and habits.
