sales-i returns to the BTCC in 2019 with increased sponsorship of Power Maxed Racing

Here at sales-i, motor racing is a passion that runs through the veins of just about all of us. Fuelled by our CEO’s participation in gruelling 24-hour races, GT Cup championships and high-speed track days, it’s safe to say we’re an office of complete petrol heads.

As such, we’re delighted to be returning to the British Touring Car Championships in 2019 as a premier sponsor of Midlands-based Power Maxed Racing.

After an incredible 2018 season which saw the team finish up in 3rd in the team’s championship, PMR have returned with a vengeance in 2019.

Behind the wheel

Two of the sport’s most revered faces get behind the wheel of the PMR Vauxhall Astras for 2019: Jason Plato and Rob Collard. Bringing with them a devoted following, they are two of the most experienced drivers on the grid with over 100 BTCC victories between them.

The parent company of PMR, Automotive Brands, has been using sales-i for over two years and we’re incredibly proud to support their BTCC team once again. Team Principal, Adam Weaver continues to sing the praises of sales-i and the impact it has had on the exponential growth of Automotive Brands: “sales-i has definitely been one of the major forces behind our exponential expansion of Automotive Brands and has been instrumental in the implementation of several highly successful sales campaigns. It allows us to make sure all our staff are delivering the same message to all customers and quickly identifies how we can improve areas of the business, all at our fingertips. We now couldn’t be without it. I would recommend it to anyone – apart from our competitors!”

After just 3 race weekends team PMR is already sitting pretty at 5th in the Team’s standings, with drivers Plato and Collard in 10th and 12th in the Driver’s standings . With 7 weekends left in the season, the championship is certainly all to play for.
